环境：项目为小程序webview嵌入h5 问题：每次发布之后（经过服务器重启），小程序访问的h5缓存严重，部分用户在发布完后的第二至三天仍有缓存。已在HTML页面头部增加cache-control:no-cache；expires:0 等meta标签，但是并没有什么作用 有什么办法可以清除缓存？（类似于浏览器窗口，会有菜单提供清除缓存、历史记录等）
