2018-03-19 - access_token间歇失效
程序只通过一个地方获取access_token,然后存到memcache且过期时间比微信返回的时间小30分钟， 现在通过接口发送客服消息，有时候会报错invalid credential, access_token is invalid or not latest hint: [06dTHA0421sza2!] 比如联系发送3条消息，只有第二条能发出去，access_token都是一样的
