突然接收不到component_verify_ticket的推送，授权事件接收URL 收不到微信回调

公众号或小程序解绑了开放平台，又绑定了新的开放平台，已经生成的unionID会改变吗？

授权报错app_id wx3898e1ef81a62057 该公众号授权时提示如下错误，其他公众号正常。 报错信息{"errcode":61003,"errmsg":"component is not authorized by this account rid: 5ff2e725-0bd545f0-5695e11b"}

场景：用户访问页面，未登录，通过开发平台代替公众号进行网页授权认证。 问题：调用 https://api.weixin.qq.com/sns/oauth2/component/access_token 接口时候 偶尔返回{"errcode":40001,"errmsg":"invalid credential, access_token is invalid or not latest, hints: [ req_id: FhNFv0eNRa-6 ]"} 日志：授权日志截图 [图片] 说明：获取access 接口，如下 $url = "https://api.weixin.qq.com/sns/oauth2/component/access_token?appid=" . $appId .
