第三方平台服务商，中午查询提审额度有4700，现在查询额度只有20，在提审的过程中，突然就不能提审了，提示达到额度限制

RT API创建代金券的时候，发现用户领取后可用时间的字段显示未开放，请问这个要怎么解决？ [图片]

如果suite_access_token没过期再请求一次拿到的还是上一个suite_access_token，suite_access_token的过期时间会重置为7200吗？还是不会重置过期时间？

请问最新的跨商户发券是发到那个邮箱呢？ 以及后台插卡。领券加入卡包又是发到那个邮箱申请呢？
