如题，iphone12/13内存低的机型下长时间使用，暴力操作后所有的tap事件不响应，但页面滚动正常。 安卓，iphone pro高内存机型就不会出现. 主要出现在调用switchTab时候，比如打开多个商品详情后，使用回到首页，快速来回切换tab，比较容易触发。

最近了解了下Donut框架，感觉目前最靠谱的多端开发解决方案，除了考虑到收费模式未确定，还未在实际项目中使用。 给点建议： 目前多端开发框架，主要还是中小企业和个人开发者在使用。如果能支持H5页面导出，应该对前端技术栈有颠覆性的影响！ 而app，考虑到app的上架成本和推广成本，中小企业现在很少会把重心放在app上。 希望官方能把H5的支持放在高优先级。

9月1日后，小程序也需要进行备案，请问境外主体的小程序是否需要备案？备案需要什么文件？ [图片]
