我认为的实现方式： 一条被动+一条客服 请问： 客服消息，的客服必须web网页在线？  如果不在线，是不是无法发送 客服消息了 是否还有其他方案实现？

看图，应该是被关小黑屋（原因未知）。但是现在两个月过去了，还没有任何恢复的迹象。请问这个有可能恢复吗？ 我现在想知道一个答案： 有 or 无 [图片]

可以通过腾讯系域名的 图片url  获取media_id吗

公众号api使用 接收普通消息 + 被动回复用户消息 之后，原来的自动回复失效了

本人公众号：历史随心看 在里面放了一个链接：lishisxk.com/search.php 里面的搜索功能无法使用 以前正常，最近几天无法使用了，其他浏览器正常 怎么解决？能恢复吗
