# 4.1 Is there a charge for opening a "cloud service" account?

If you just open a "cloud service" account without any service deployment (i.e., no service deployment in WeChat cloud hosting), there is no charge.
If the official image is deployed to the cloud hosting at the same time as the "cloud service" account is opened, the free quota will be charged according to the actual usage after the free quota is used.
