# Anchor Code of Conduct

# (1) Purpose and Principles

In order to maintain the normal use and operation of the WeChat Mini Program live broadcast function (hereinafter referred to as the "Function") and protect the legitimate rights and interests of WeChat users, the Code of Conduct for this anchor (hereinafter referred to as the "Code") is formulated.

# II. [Scope of Application]

This specification applies to anchors that use this function for live broadcasting, including but not limited to anchors' behavior, anchors' nicknames, avatars, and live broadcast content.

# III. [Anchor Registration Specification]

  1. Minors may not register as anchors and use this feature.
  2. Anchors need to apply for anchor certification according to the rules of Tencent WeChat platform, and provide real and legal identity materials for real-name authentication. The anchor has clearly understood and agreed that the use of this feature is deemed to have agreed that Tencent collects the relevant personal information of the anchor for the real-name identity verification of this feature.
  3. It is prohibited for anchors who are included in the network performance (live broadcast) industry anchor blacklist to apply for anchor certification for this function. Once discovered, the platform will be treated as a serious violation by the developer.

# IV. [Information Dissemination Standards]

  1. Anchors may not post the following political or illegal information or content through this feature, including but not limited to:

(1) Violating the fundamental principles established by the Constitution

(2) Endangering state security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity

(3) Damaging to the honour and interests of the State

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination and undermining national unity

(5) Sabotaging State religious policy and propagating evil cults and feudal superstitions

(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terrorism or instigating crimes

(8) Insulting or defaming others and infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others

(9) Inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration or gathering a crowd to disrupt social order

(10) Operating in the name of illegal civil society organizations

(11) Contains other contents prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and state regulations.

  1. Anchors are not allowed to distort, vilify, desecrate, deny the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or make inappropriate remarks about natural disasters and historical events.

  2. The anchor shall not publish comments that defame or damage the image of the WeChat platform or release false or malicious information related to the platform.

  3. The host shall at the same time comply with theTerms of Service for WeChat Mini Program Live StreamingIf the anchor violates the code of conduct, Tencent will deal with the developer and the anchor accordingly.

# V. [Dress Code]

Anchor clothing must not be through the dew, the need to dress decent, clean and tidy. The following types of clothing may not be worn live:

  1. Female anchors are not allowed to wear large scale bare back, bare underwear, clothes with or easily exposed grooves, skirts or shorts with the hem higher than the bottom lineNo bikinis and underwear like clothing or no underwear, no underwear or underwear (safety pants).
  2. Male hosts are not allowed to broadcast live only in bottoms or in underwear and leggings.
  3. It is strictly forbidden to wear the following special types of clothing:

(1) With the People's Republic of China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) state organs, military uniforms (police uniforms, military uniforms, procuratorates, courts, industry and commerce, urban management uniforms, etc.)

(2) Sexy uniforms, sexy underwear, exposed clothing, perspective, flesh-colored tights, underwear, half-length strapless, fishnet stockings, garter stockings, briefs or briefs, low-rise shorts, sexually suggestive text or pictures of clothing.

# VI. [Code of Conduct]

  1. Anchors are not allowed to display bad behavior such as smoking, drinking, gambling, etc. They are not allowed to use foul language and other indecent remarks.
  2. Anchors are not allowed to shoot chest from top to bottom or sensitive parts such as legs and hips from bottom to topDo not focus on sensitive parts such as legs and feet for a long time.
  3. Anchors are not allowed to touch, pull, lick, slap and other actions with sexual implications, or use props to attract the attention of the audience to sexually sensitive parts.Use sensitive parts of the body for games, including but not limited to: guess the color of underwear, guess the color of underwear, cut stockings, live off/Wear stockings, tear or cut clothes, etc.
  4. Anchors are not allowed to perform any action with exposure risk, including but not limited to: bending, high leg lift, legs apart, splits, lower waist, handstand, frequent switching of sitting position, etc.
  5. Anchors are not allowed to do things unrelated to the live content or products during the live broadcast, including but not limited to: playing mobile phones, eating, sleeping, or leaving the camera vacant for a long time, not broadcasting, etc.
  6. Anchors must not engage in provocative or provocative physical movements or performances, such as striptease.
  7. Anchors shall not use seductive or provocative sounds or language to attract viewers, including but not limited to imitating the calls of animals in rut, or using direct or implicit suggestive words.
  8. Anchors are not allowed to display or expose tattoos.
  9. Anchors shall not use violent tools, guns (including imitation guns), knives, gambling tools, sexual products, underwear and other items involving violence or indecent content as performance props, or conduct any form of high-risk performance.
  10. Anchors are not allowed to broadcast live in illegal live broadcast locations, including but not limited to: on the road, in motor vehicles (including all vehicles on the road such as automobiles and electric vehicles) or during driving, In bed or other private environments, pornographic, drug-related places, and sensitive periods, sensitive scenes or anti-Party and reactionary environments.
  11. Anchors are not allowed to display items with anti-state and anti-party symbols in front of the camera.
  12. Anchors shall not engage in any act that infringes upon the privacy of others, endangers the public interest or similar acts, including but not limited to disclosing personal information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers and other private information of others without the consent of the parties concerned.
  13. In the process of recommending or displaying underwear, stockings or similar items, it is not allowed to try on or use real models in any form, or play or show videos or photos of real models trying on.
  14. If the anchor needs to try on or change clothes during the live broadcast to display clothing items, it is not allowed to show erotic pictures such as bare sensitive parts of the body, underwear dew point, and action seduction.
  15. During the live broadcast, the anchor shall display and promote items, and shall not show pictures or contents that cause audience audio-visual discomfort such as blood, violence, and nausea.
  16. Anchors shall not sell or promote through this function goods that are prohibited from sale according to national laws and regulations or relevant agreements and rules of Tencent's WeChat platform.
  17. No behavior or content such as underage models or other personnel displaying or recommending goods may be displayed during the live broadcast.
  18. Do not broadcast live in non-Chinese Putonghua for a long time.

# VII. [Complaints and Handling]

If Tencent finds or receives reports from others that the anchor has violated these Standards, Tencent will take different measures to deal with the anchor and the developer according to the specific degree of violation. This includes, but is not limited to, suspending or stopping the provision of live broadcasting features to anchors, taking warnings and suspending or halting the provision of the live broadcast services to developers, clearing live content, freezing live broadcast rights, clearing accounts, and the right to refuse to provide services to the anchor and developers.

# VIII. [Dynamic Document]

This is a dynamically updated document, and we will modify and update its content based on emerging issues, updates to relevant laws and regulations, or the needs of product operations, and formulate new rules to ensure the user experience.
