In order to use the WeChat Mini Program Platform Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Mini Program Services"), you should read and comply with the "WeChat Mini Program Platform Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").WeChat Official Platform service agreementThe supplementary agreement is an integral part of it. Limitations and disclaimers may be highlighted in bold.

Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of these Terms, you have no right to use WeChat Official Platform services. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.

If you are under 18 years of age, please read these Terms and other such agreements with a legal guardian, and pay special attention to the Terms of Use for Minors.

# I. [Scope of Agreement]

1.1 This Agreement constitutes the agreement between you and Company with respect to your use of the Service. "User" refers to the individual or organization who registers, logs in, and uses the WeChat Mini Program, more commonly referred to as "you" or "developer" in these Terms. "Other Users" means other users of WeChat Mini Program, WeChat Official Account users, WeChat users and other users related to the Mini Program services other than the user himself.

1.2 The Service refers to the technical services provided by Tencent to the Users in accordance with this Article, including remote interface invocation, front end supporter development, service connection channels, data encryption and transmission, and related internet application technologies. WeChat users who use the Mini Program become service users of the Mini Program (provided that it does not conflict with these Terms, "Service Users" also applies toWeChat Official Platform service agreementWeChat Mini Programs can provide application services to relevant users through the Mini Program platform.

1.3 The Mini Program belongs to the WeChat Public Account, and you shall comply with the Terms without any conflict with these Terms.WeChat Official Platform service agreementOther relevant provisions on WeChat public account.

# II. [Small Program Registration and Review]

2.1 You need to register a WeChat Mini Program before using this service. WeChat Mini Program is registered by email account. Please register WeChat Mini Program with an email account that is not tied to WeChat public account, WeChat open platform developer account, etc. Tencent has the right to change the way of account registration and binding according to user needs and product needs. Regarding the specific rules for your use of your account, please abide by the relevant account use agreement and the special rules issued by Tencent for this purpose.

2.2 After the user registration, you can generate two-dimensional code or business card recommendation through the system background for WeChat users to add.

2.3 After the registration is completed, you can design, internal testing, edit maintenance and other initial development management of the registered Mini Program. However, before Tencent approves the release of the Mini Program, the Mini Program will not be released, that is, it will not be displayed to other users, and other users will not be able to search and add the Mini Program.

2.4 In order to ensure the safety, stability and good user experience of WeChat Mini Program platform, WeChat Official Platform and other users, Tencent will review the release of Mini Programs that need to be released.

"Release Audit " refers to the submission of the Mini Program initiated by the user to Tencent, and the determination by Tencent itself or a third party on the legality, All aspects of rationality, security, stability, operability, user experience and so on are reviewed, screened, tested and evaluated through a process including, but not limited to, development information checking, security testing, UI testing, random testing, dynamic testing, and security testing. The release of audit results includes approval and disapproval. Audit does not pass, the Mini Program will not be released.

2.5 You understand and agree that the Mini Program Release Review Service is based on user submissions including but not limited to registration information, The scope of use, declaration commitment, development documents, use instructions and other materials, within the scope of Tencent's legal authority and ability to make a reasonable and prudent form of evaluation and judgment services. However, Tencent cannot substantially review the actual operation, operation and promotion of users, and does not provide any guarantee for this purpose. You should carefully read the agreements, specifications and rules published by the Mini Program, and Tencent will also provide you with common rejection situations as far as possible. However, due to various factors such as changing laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, product specifications and user experience requirements, the reasons for your Mini Program rejection may not be included in the terms already announced by Tencent, and the resulting legal consequences are borne by you alone.

"Refusal" means that a Mini Program submitted for release review is not approved, or a Mini Program that has been approved is banned for a short, long or permanent period, or refuses to provide the Service by other means such as restricting or prohibiting release.

2.6 In order to provide more professional services to users, you agree to authorize Tencent to entrust a third party to review the release review application submitted by you. After the release review is passed, users can submit version optimization, update and other release review applications to Tencent in a reasonable manner and frequency. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE RELEASE OF THE AUDIT SERVICE WILL CREATE A HUMAN AND FINANCIAL BURDEN ON TENCENT, AND THAT IF DURING THE AUDIT SERVICE PERIOD, If the application for publication review is submitted too frequently due to malicious or non-malicious reasons (such as technical level, user needs, etc.), Tencent has the right to take measures against you such as demanding payment for publication review services, suspending or terminating the provision of publication review services to you, and the responsibility arising therefrom lies solely with you. After payment by the user, Tencent will issue an equal amount of legal and valid invoice to the user based on the invoice information submitted by the user, and the user shall ensure that the invoice information submitted is true, accurate and valid, otherwise the resulting losses shall be borne by the user himself.

2.7 The registration of WeChat Mini Programs adopts the real-name system, and users should truthfully fill in and submit account registration and certification materials, complete the information registration, and assume responsibility for the authenticity, legality, accuracy and effectiveness of the information. Based on the account information you fill out and submit, Tencent will display your registration information to other users within the scope permitted by law. If the user needs to obtain the license or record as required by relevant laws and regulations to provide services or content, the user shall make a clear statement at the time of account registration and certification and submit the corresponding legal and effective license or record certificate. Otherwise, Tencent has the right to refuse or terminate the provision of this service and impose penalties on the offending account in accordance with these Terms. Therefore, if you cause damage to Tencent or a third party, you shall be compensated according to law.

2.8 You clearly understand and agree that the released Mini Programs should be within the scope of the categories announced by Tencent. To this end, you should accurately, thoroughly and without omission, select the categories based on the services you provide, activities you engage in and your industry, so that Tencent can better identify the laws, regulations and regulatory requirements that may be involved in your submitted snippets and review them accordingly. If Tencent finds that the Mini Program you submitted does not have a corresponding category, or the qualification materials submitted do not meet the qualification requirements of the relevant categories, it will not pass the release audit. At the same time, based on the laws, regulations or regulatory requirements of specific industries and specific fields, Tencent may also make special agreements in these Terms of Service and related agreements. If such circumstances exist in the categories corresponding to the services provided by your Mini Program, the activities engaged in or the industry in which you are located, you shall comply with the relevant special agreements.

2.9 In order to provide better service to other users, your Mini Program may run in a non-WeChat client environment. Tencent will take necessary and reasonable measures to ensure the security and stability of the operating environment, and you can close your mini program in a non-WeChat client environment by setting it. You understand and agree that operating devices, applications and other operating environments other than the WeChat client environment are developed by third parties. Any disputes or disputes arising from the operating environment such as the operating equipment or applications shall be solely and solely responsible for the operating environment provider such as the operating equipment or applications.

# III. [Small Program Certification]

3.1 Users can apply for WeChat Official Platform certification for WeChat Mini Programs based on information registration or other needs. After the completion of all audit procedures, Tencent will make a judgment on whether the certification is successful. WeChat Official Platform certification services are limited to the identification and verification of information submitted by users, Tencent will conduct reasonable and careful forms of review of the information and materials submitted by users, but within Tencent's legitimate authority and reasonable capacity, Tencent cannot substantially review the actual operations, operations and promotion of users and does not provide any guarantee for this purpose. In case of disputes with other users or third parties caused by user behavior, the user shall bear the responsibility independently, and therefore cause damage to Tencent, other users or third parties, you shall be compensated according to law.

3.2 In order to provide more professional services to users, you agree to authorize Tencent to entrust a third party to audit the certification information submitted by you, and determine the certification results based on independent judgment of the audit. At the same time, in order to protect the prior rights of relevant rights holders and standardize the operation of the platform in accordance with the law, some of the advanced functions of WeChat Mini Programs require certification to be used. For the specific rules of WeChat Official Platform certification, please read and abide by the "WeChat Public Platform Certification Service Agreement."

# IV. [Protection of Users' Personal Information]

4.1 The Service will applyWeChat Official Platform service agreementAgreement on "Protection of Users' Personal Information."

4.2 In the process of applying for this service, you need to fill in some necessary information, please keep this information true, accurate, legal, effective and pay attention to timely updates, so that Tencent can provide you with timely and effective help, or better provide you with services. In accordance with relevant laws, regulations and policies, please fill in the real identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete or inaccurate, you may not be able to use the Service or be restricted in the use of the Service. You understand and agree that in order to provide services to you, you need to show your registration information to other users within the scope permitted by law.

4.3 In order to ensure the information security of you and other customers, you should fill in and reserve the way of direct data communication according to the request. Otherwise, the leakage, loss and damage of relevant information caused by this has nothing to do with Tencent.

4.4 If your Mini Program collects, stores, processes or uses any personal data or information of end users (as defined in applicable law):

(1) You shall comply with (and shall not knowingly allow end users to breach) this Agreement and any applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the processing of personal data). You shall provide us with all necessary information to demonstrate your compliance with laws and regulations relating to privacy and data security and the requirements of this Section 4.4, including enabling compliance audits and/Or check.

(2) You should develop and comply with a privacy policy that clearly and accurately describes to end users what personal data you collect. How this information is used (including for advertising) and how it is shared with us and other third parties (such as whether any such third party provides content services to end users or collects information from end users). Such Privacy Policy must, at a minimum, comply with and comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the WeChat Privacy Protection Guidelines, whichever is applicable.

(3) If you are required to collect or process any user's personal data when providing the Mini Program, you should obtain the user's express consent to such data processing at the time of requesting such data.

(4) Unless otherwise authorized or consented (including in accordance with your Privacy Policy), you may only collect or process the User's Personal Data as necessary to complete the operation or functionality of the Mini Program. You may not use such data outside of the relevant Mini Program or for any other purpose. Without limiting your obligations under this Agreement or applicable law, you shall inform end users of the purposes for which you or your representatives directly or indirectly collect or process the data, Scope and use of processing in order to provide end users with a mechanism to exercise their right to information in relation to such data.

(5) With respect to any personal data provided by us, you may only use such data in accordance with the written instructions provided by us. If we request the deletion of such data, you should use reasonable efforts to delete such data.

(6) You should take appropriate safeguards, both technically and organizationally, to prevent unauthorized access or use of user data, and regularly review the effectiveness of these measures. After collecting user data, you must take reasonable steps to prevent the data from being stolen or disclosed.

(7) You shall provide users with the means to modify and delete their data, and if any user wishes to delete his or her user data, he or she may do so on his or her own initiative, and you shall ensure that the relevant data has been completely deleted and cannot be recovered.

(8) You should assist us in processing end-user requests to exercise their rights under applicable data protection and privacy laws.

(9) You may not transfer any personal data provided by us to any other country or to any other person without our prior written consent, and any such transfer or transfer may only take place as permitted by applicable data and privacy laws.

4.5 Without our consent, you may not collect, process, store, grab, obtain or request any data from any end user, including but not limited to WeChat and/Or the information contained in its service platform, such as user data. You may not use any data obtained in violation of this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, and you may not provide any such data to any third party (including any of your customers).

4.6 You may not use any data obtained in connection with WeChat or Mini Programs publicly or privately for any promotion, marketing or advertising activities without our prior written consent.

4.7 If we believe (in our sole discretion) that you have collected, processed or used any information relating to the user in a manner that could harm or adversely affect the user experience, You shall promptly delete the relevant data at the request of Tencent and no longer collect, process or use such data. If we ask you to delete any personal data, you shall(i)Anonymize the relevant data so that it ceases to be personal data (as defined in applicable data and privacy laws), or(ii)Permanently delete relevant data or make it no longer readable. Upon our request, you must provide us with written confirmation that the relevant personal data has been anonymized or deleted.

4.8 We may restrict or block your access to user information at any time./Or any other data processed or stored within the WeChat Open Platform.

4.9 All rights in any data, user data or other data processed or stored within WeChat are vested in us unless the relevant data is legally owned by the user. Such data are commercially sensitive information and are treated as trade secrets of Tencent. You should ensure that everyone who has access to your personal data is bound by a duty of confidentiality. You may not use the foregoing data for any purpose other than that set forth in this Agreement, nor disclose such information to any third party without our prior written consent.

4.10 Once you no longer use the App for any reason or Tencent no longer provides services related to the App for whatever reason, you should delete all data obtained from this and the App (including backed up data) and immediately stop using such data in any way.

4.11 You should take reasonable and secure technical measures to safeguard the security of any information stored on the Tencent server due to the Mini Program. All consequences arising from your own or your representative's actions (including but not limited to self-installed software, encryption measures or other security measures) are your own responsibility. You should promptly report any unauthorized access to or use of your personal data to us, the end-user and, if applicable, the relevant data protection agency.

4.12 In order to provide better services to all users, Tencent may display or use your nickname, avatar, authentication information, Mini Program page and other content within the scope of law, including but not limited to providing indexing, linking and other services.

You clearly understand and acknowledge that if you believe that your Mini Program or a particular Mini Program page contains user personal information, communications information, trade secrets, etc., you should take measures to prevent indexing such Mini Program or particular Mini Program pages by setting login status, adding a token that refuses to be indexed. Tencent will try to use the common way of the Internet industry, in order to make your anti-indexing measures effectively implemented.

If you fail to take the aforementioned measures to prevent indexing in a timely manner and cause the impact on the use of users or the disclosure of relevant information, you shall be solely responsible for and compensate for losses, and have nothing to do with Tencent. If you violate the privacy rights of Tencent or others, you must bear full responsibility and compensate for all losses. In case of improper display of customer information, Tencent may take measures to protect customer information security, including but not limited to requiring the developer to rectify within a certain period.

# V. [Intellectual Property Declaration]

5.1 The intellectual property rights of Tencent's content provided in the Service (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, graphs, etc.) are owned by Tencent, and the intellectual property of users' content generated in the use of the Service is owned by users or relevant rights holders.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, all copyrights, patents and other intellectual property rights in the software on which Tencent provides the Service are owned by Tencent.

6.1 You shall abide byWeChat Official Platform service agreementLiability, unless such agreement conflicts with these Terms.

6.2 You clearly know and understand that Tencent only provides you with Mini Program services or related neutral technical support services under these Terms, and Tencent has the right to select users to use this service based on factors such as WeChat and the orderly operation and healthy development of the platform.

6.3 Your Mini Program is developed by you in its own name or has the legal right to operate, and any disputes arising from your Mini Program with any third party, Disputes, etc., are independently borne by you and have nothing to do with Tencent, Tencent will not and cannot participate in any activities such as R & D and operation of the Mini Program, and Tencent will not make any changes, edits or collations to your Mini Program.

6.4 Any disputes, liabilities, etc. arising from your Mini Program and related services, as well as any consequences arising from the developer's violation of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of these Terms, shall be independently borne by the developer and compensated for losses, and has nothing to do with Tencent. In the event of infringement of the rights and interests of Tencent or others, the developer shall bear full responsibility and compensate for all losses.

6.5 If there are defects in your Mini Program system, basic functional modules, management, or human resources, or there are many user complaints, it is necessary to protect the rights and interests of users and maintain the platform ecology. Tencent has the right to require merchants to provide the platform with the necessary information needed to handle user complaints, including but not limited to service information for Mini programs, merchandise information, order information, order status, transaction logistics information, refund or after-sales processing information (hereinafter referred to as "service data"). At the same time, you should ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the service data provided, and ensure that it is updated in a timely manner. If you do not cooperate or provide incomplete or inaccurate data, Tencent has the right to take warning, payment risk tips, prohibition of sharing or being searched, suspension or cessation of service and other processing measures depending on the violation.

# VII. [Other]

7.1 As the Service will involve the technical development of the WeChat Official Platform, some users may be invited to participate in internal testing from time to time. If you are invited and agree to participate in the internal test, without the written consent of Tencent, do not disclose, display or transmit relevant information and materials related to this internal test to any third party in any form. Otherwise, tecent may cancel your this time and other inside measure qualification, those who cause tecent loss from this, you also should compensate together.

7.2 By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Tencent reserves the right to amend these Terms if necessary. You can check the latest version of the terms on the relevant services page. After the change of these Terms, if you continue to use the WeChat Mini Program service, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Agreement, you should stop using the Mini Program Service.

7.3 The place where these Terms are signed and the dispute resolution jurisdiction is the same asWeChat Official Platform service agreementThe agreement shall be Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province of the People's Republic of China, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Peoples Court of the place where these articles are signed.

7.4 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Mainland China (excluding the conflict of laws).
