Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Food Safety in Network Catering Services:
Article 2: Within the territory of the People's Republic of China, third-party platform providers of online catering services, These Measures shall apply to catering service providers that provide catering services through third-party platforms and self-built websites (hereinafter referred to as network catering service providers), the provision of catering services through the Internet and their supervision and administration.
Article 5: Third-party platform providers of online catering services shall, within 30 working days after the approval of the communications authority, file with the local provincial food and drug administration. Self-built website catering service providers shall, within 30 working days after the competent communications department for the record, to the local county-level food and drug administration for the record. The contents of the filing shall include domain name, IP address, registration number, name, address, name of legal representative or person in charge, etc.
Where a third-party platform provider of online catering services establishes a branch for online catering services, it shall, within 30 working days after its establishment, file it with the local food and drug administration at the county level. The recordation contents shall include the name and address of the branch, the name of the legal representative or the person in charge, etc.
The food and drug administration shall disclose relevant recordation information to the public in a timely manner.
