Article 38 of Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Sales of Medical Devices
An enterprise which has not obtained the business registration certificate for, but engages in online sales of, Class II medical devices, shall be subject to punishment in accordance with Article 65 of Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices.
