Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China (2021 Amendment)

Article 20　The department in charge of communication and transportation is responsible for Driving training courses for the record management, and to strengthen supervision of driving training activities, of which special tractor driving training schools, driving training courses by the agricultural (agricultural machinery) departments in charge of supervision and management.

Driving training schools and driving training classes shall, in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, train the trainees in road traffic safety laws, regulations and driving skills to ensure the quality of training.

No State organ or competent department of driving training and examination may hold or participate in holding driving training schools or courses.

Article 4 of the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services

The State implements a licensing system for operational Internet information servicesA filing system shall be applied to non-commercial Internet information services, and no one shall engage in Internet information services without obtaining a permit or fulfilling the filing formalities.

Article 3 of the Measures for the Recordation Administration of Non-profit Internet Information Services (Order No.33 of the Former Ministry of Information Industry)

Intends to engage in non-commercial Internet information services, it shall go through the recordation formalities with the Provincial Communications Administration of its domicile.
