Notice of the Ministry of Culture on Regulating the Operating Order of the Commercial Performance Ticketing Market (I)
Units engaging in commercial performance ticketing business activities shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulation on the Administration of Commercial Performances and the detailed rules for its implementation on performance brokerage institutions, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Culture on Strengthening the Performance Market Notice of Problem Management "(Text City Hair2011No. 56) relevant requirements, apply to the cultural administrative department for obtaining a commercial performance license. An Internet platform enterprise that engages in commercial performance ticketing business activities through information networks is a performance ticketing business entity and shall apply for a commercial performance license in accordance with the above provisions. When issuing a commercial performance license to a performance ticketing business entity, the cultural administrative department shall specify "performance ticketing" in its business scope.
