Article 11 of Regulation on Foundation Administration
The administration departments of registration shall, within 60 days after receiving all the effective documents as listed in Article 9 of this Regulation, make decision on whether to approve the registration or not. If the registration is approved, the Certificate of Registration on Foundation Legal Person shall be issued. If the registration is not approved, the reason shall be explained in writing.
