Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Issuing the Administrative Registration Procedures for Tax Agent Firms (for Trial Implementation)
The tax authorities shall, in accordance with the provisions of these Rules and following the principles of openness and convenience, grant administrative registration to qualified administrative counterparts and issue the Administrative Registration Certificate of Tax Agent Firms (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Certificate, see Annex 1). The format of the Registration Certificate shall be determined by the State Administration of Taxation.
