Notice of the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television on Issues concerning Strengthening the Administration of Live Broadcast Services of Online Audio-Visual Programs

  1. Holding a License for Information Network Dissemination of Audio-Visual Programs (hereinafter referred to as the "License") issued by the administrative department of press, publication, radio, film and television; An Internet audiovisual program service institution whose licensed project is Item 5 of Internet audiovisual program services of the first category may conduct live video and audio broadcasts of major political, military, economic, social, cultural, sports and other activities and events through the Internet. Internet audiovisual programming service organizations that hold a license and have a license item 7 of the second category of Internet aerial programming services may live stream live audio and video on the Internet for cultural activities of general social groups, sports events and other organizational activities. Organizations and individuals that do not meet the above conditions, including organizations that operate Internet live broadcasting studios and conduct live broadcasting business in the form of individual online performing arts, but do not hold the Permit, No person may conduct live video and audio services for the activities and events listed above through the Internet, nor may they use online live video platforms (live broadcasting rooms) to host a variety of audiovisual shows such as news, variety shows, sports, interviews, commentary, and other audiovisual programs, nor may broadcast live channels of aerial shows.
