# Batch operation
The platform allows users to General Skills, User Questions and DictionariesFor bulk uploads, downloads, and replacements.
The platform prepares a template for developers to upload in bulk, and developers must open and edit the template in a specified format, and prepare relevant data in accordance with the requirements of the template.
# Ordinary skills
Users can upload common skills in batches through the following steps:
Example:Fist Guessing - Skill Download (The csv file can be opened with Excel spreadsheet or text editing)。
Step 1: Prepare data according to usage requirements

Click [Batch Operation] on the right side of the [Simple Q & A] page, select Batch Upload, and upload to the server
# User Questions
When developers need to input multiple user questions in the process of normal or advanced skill configuration, the platform supports batch upload of user questions.
Step 1: Prepare data

Developers can edit the csv file directly in a text editor (such as "text Editing" in macOS, "notepad" in Windows), enter user questions, and separate each question from each other.
Then enter the corresponding intention edit page, after the user asks the method>>Batch operation>>upload>>Select File Then it can be successfully uploaded.
# Dictionary - Entry
In order to facilitate user management of custom dictionaries, the platform supports bulk uploading of entries in dictionaries, including [bulk uploading] and [bulk covering]. If the user wants to update the content of the custom dictionary that has already been uploaded, it is recommended to use the "batch overlay" method for uploading.
