# Semantic Slot Information Questioning

Through semantic slot information questioning, the robot can collect certain information from the customer, and ask when the customer does not answer correctly.

# 1. Added Semantic Slots

In the middle of the page, "Semantic Slot Settings," select the list of information to ask for this skill.

For example, only collect mobile phone numbers, select "phone number" on the line.

# 2. Set Questioning

When the user's words do not contain a phone number, issue a set of inquiries.

# 3. Configure Reply

According to the success of the query, configure the next round of machine reply.

(1) To succeed, go on to ask for another message:

  • In "Getting User Information Success - Next" continue to select "Semantic Slot Inquiry," repeat step1 and 2

  • Add a semantic slot (another piece of information), such as "city"

(2) Ask for failure, continue to ask the phone number:

  • In "Failed to get user information - Next" continue to select "Semantic Slot Inquiry," repeat step2

  • Continue with Semantic Slot = Mobile Number
