# Introduction to Functions

Administrators can be added to the robot/Customer service, assist in robot configuration, customer service docking and other work.

# Member configuration

  1. Join a member at [Base Settings] - [Member Permissions] - [Add Member] - [Add Based on User ID]
  2. Adding permissions requires users ID: The added person needs to log inWeChat Dialogue Open Platform, Get Your Own ID

members

  • Creator: Has all permissions , can manage administrators and customer service
  • Admin: Owning a Robot Edit/release/Bound permissions, can manage customer service
  • Customer service: access to online customer service/View Data/Receive push messages, but cannot do bot posting/Binding, etc., cannot manage members.

# Configure via WeChat

  1. In [Basic Settings] - [Member Permissions] - [Add Member] - [Scan QR Code to Add] Join Member
  2. Scan code members to follow WeChat [WeChat dialogue open platform] Official Account message template] Then add it successfully.

Note: The added person needs to register and login to the open platform website to display avatars and other information in the [permission list]
