# Introduction to Functions
Administrators can be added to the robot/Customer service, assist in robot configuration, customer service docking and other work.
# Member configuration
- Join a member at [Base Settings] - [Member Permissions] - [Add Member] - [Add Based on User ID]
- Adding permissions requires users ID: The added person needs to log inWeChat Dialogue Open Platform, Get Your Own ID
- Creator: Has all permissions , can manage administrators and customer service
- Admin: Owning a Robot Edit/release/Bound permissions, can manage customer service
- Customer service: access to online customer service/View Data/Receive push messages, but cannot do bot posting/Binding, etc., cannot manage members.
# Configure via WeChat
- In [Basic Settings] - [Member Permissions] - [Add Member] - [Scan QR Code to Add] Join Member
- Scan code members to follow WeChat [WeChat dialogue open platform] Official Account message template] Then add it successfully.
Note: The added person needs to register and login to the open platform website to display avatars and other information in the [permission list]
