# intention

Intention refers to the main request or action made by the user in the dialogue interaction. Each intention corresponds to a real need of the user. A skill consists of one or more intentions.

For example, when the user says "from Beijing South Station to Tianjin Station," the user's purpose is to navigate this journey, corresponding to the user's "from Beijing South Station to Tianjin Station to initiate navigation" needs.

# Set Intention Priority

After you've created an intent, you can edit it more through Settings. When two similar user queries occur, you can adjust which intent to hit first by using Intent Priority.
