# Introduction to Functions

The platform can statistics the user's questions, and AI automatically aggregates the same semantic messages to form a preliminary user hot question ranking to help developers./Operators quickly understand what users are asking, to achieve public opinion monitoring/Feedback collection. For users' key concerns, it can be quickly set to automatic reply to improve service efficiency.

# Introduction to the interface

  • User hot asked: aggregate statistics on the message, to help you understand the user's popular message.

You can choose "last week" or a specific day.
Hits: Filter hits or misses.
Transaction attribute: Can filter the user to ask whether the transaction is related.

  • Other News: Questions that were not successfully aggregated into Hot Questions or Number of Questions = 1 will be shown in the [Other News] module.

# Quickly configure robot responses based on user queries

  1. Click on the corresponding hot question in the [Aggregation Hot Question] panel, pop up the hot question details, select or create a new skill corresponding to the question/intention
  2. Enter the Skills [Conversation Configuration] page and configure the corresponding reply.
