# Measures for the Administration of Green Food Mark Use Certificates

Article 1 In order to standardize the issuance of green food mark use certificates (hereinafter referred to as certificates), These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Green Food Marks of the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Measures for the Registration and Administration of Collective Trademarks and Certification Marks of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Article 2 Certificate is the green food logo user (hereinafter referred to as the logo user) legitimate and effective use of green food logo certificate, to prove that its declared products through the green food logo license review qualified, in line with the green food logo use conditions.

Article 3 The certificate implements the "one product one certificate" management system, that is, a certificate is issued for each qualified product approved by the green food label.

Article 9 Certified product packaging label in the identification of the relevant content contained in the certificate shall be accurate and consistent with the content stated in the certificate.
