# Pesticide Registration Certificate

Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Pesticides for the purpose of regulating pesticide registration, strengthening the administration of pesticide registration and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of pesticides. Article 2 Pesticide registration shall be obtained for pesticides produced, traded or used within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Pesticides that have not obtained pesticide registration certificates according to law shall be treated as fake pesticides. Article 3 The Ministry of Agriculture shall be responsible for the administration of pesticide registration throughout the country, organize the establishment of a pesticide registration review committee, and formulate rules for pesticide registration review.
