In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, producers and sellers and further improve the quality of organic products, Environmental protection and sustainable development, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Product Inspection, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation and other laws and administrative regulations.
