# Pesticide Production License

Article 1 In order to standardize the production of pesticides, strengthen the management of pesticide production and ensure the quality of pesticide products, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Pesticides.

Article 2 For the purpose of these Measures, the term "pesticide production" includes the production of pesticide technical drugs (master drugs), preparation processing or packaging.

Article 3 These Measures shall apply to the application, examination, issuance, supervision and administration of pesticide production licenses.

Article 4 The Ministry of Agriculture shall be responsible for supervising and guiding the administration of pesticide production licenses throughout the country, and formulating requirements for production conditions and detailed rules for examination.
