Article 2 Units and individuals engaged in the production and repackaging of disinfection products in China shall, in accordance with the requirements of these Provisions, apply for the Sanitary License for Enterprises Producing Disinfection Products (hereinafter referred to as the Sanitary License). Disinfection product production enterprise a production site one certificate, a group or company has multiple production sites, should apply for a hygiene license.
