# Lawyer's Practice Qualification Certificate

Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Lawyers Law of the People's Republic of China for the purpose of regulating the examination and conferment of lawyers' qualifications and ensuring the quality of entrants to the team of lawyers. Article 2 The assessment and conferment of lawyer qualification shall be carried out in strict accordance with the prescribed conditions and procedures in accordance with the needs of social development and the development of the team of lawyers, so as to ensure the quality of lawyers. Article 3 The judicial departments (bureaus) of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for the assessment of applicants and the examination of relevant materials, and the Ministry of Justice shall be responsible for the examination and approval of the qualification of lawyers.
