# Pesticide Business License

Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulation on the Administration of Pesticides for the purpose of regulating pesticide business operations and strengthening the administration of pesticide business licenses. Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the application, examination, issuance, supervision and administration of pesticide business licenses. Article 3 Whoever sells pesticides within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall obtain a pesticide business license. Article 4 The Ministry of Agriculture shall be responsible for supervising and guiding the administration of pesticide business licenses throughout the country.
