# general overview

In order to help developers develop and debug Weixin Mini Program simply and efficiently, we changed the originalOfficial Account, a new WeChat developer tool is developed, which integrates two development modes: Weixin Mini Program and [Official Account message template debugging.

• Using Official Account web debugging, developers can debug WeChat web authorisation and WeChat JS-SDK details
• Using Weixin Mini Program debugging, developers can complete Mini Programs API and page development debugging, code viewing and editing, Mini Programs preview and release functions.
