For the purpose of protecting national security, preventing fraudulent acts, protecting human health or safety, protecting animal or plant life or health, To protect the environment, the relevant products stipulated by the state must be certified (hereinafter referred to as compulsory product certification) and marked with certification marks before they leave the factory, are sold, imported or used in other business activities.
