1. Article 4 of the Measures for the Administration of Food Business Licensing

The principle of "one place, one license" shall apply to the food business license, that is, a food business operator engaging in food business activities at a business site shall obtain a food business license.

2.Article 35 of Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China

The State implements a licensing system for food production and marketing. To engage in food production, food sales and catering services, a license shall be obtained in accordance with law.
