Article 9 of the Measures for the Administration of Internet Hospitals (for Trial Implementation)
After accepting the establishment application, the health administrative department shall examine and verify the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions, and make a written reply of approval or disapproval within the specified time. Approval to set up and agree to the Internet hospital as the second name, in the "Approval of the Establishment of Medical Institutions" indicatedApproval of third-party institutions to apply for the establishment of Internet hospitals, issued to the Establishment of Medical Institutions Approval. Medical institutions shall apply for practice registration in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and rules.

No entity or individual may carry out diagnosis and treatment activities without obtaining the Practicing License for Medical Institutions.
