Article 11 of the Foundation Management Regulations

The registration administrative organ shall, within 60 days from the date of receipt of all the valid documents listed in Article 9 of these Regulations, make a decision to approve or disapprove the registration. If the registration is approved, a Foundation Legal Person Registration Certificate shall be issued.If the registration is not approved, the reasons shall be given in writing.

Basic Management Norms for Internet Public Fundraising Information Platforms for Charitable Organizations The platform shall verify the registration certificate of the charitable organization and the qualification certificate for public fundraising. The platform shall not provide public fundraising information release services for organizations and individuals that are not qualified for public fundraising.
