Article 14 According to the Regulations on the Administration of Road Passenger Transport and Passenger Stations, Regulations on the Administration of Road Freight Transport and Stations, and Regulations on the Administration of Road Dangerous Goods, the Provincial Communications and Transportation Department The department applies for cross-border transportation business license and provides relevant materials. The provincial department in charge of communication and transportation shall make a decision on approving the application for administrative license for the operation of cross-border transportation that meets the statutory conditions, and issue the corresponding Decision on Administrative License to clarify the operation of cross-border transportation. Subject, business scope (cross-border passenger transport, cross-border ordinary freight, cross-border dangerous freight) and other licensing matters, and in accordance with the provisions of the Road Transport Business License to the licensee.
