Business Rules for the National Stock Transfer System for SMEs (for Trial Implementation) 3.2.2

The National Stock Transfer System Corporation shall be responsible for the unified management and release of the information of the National Stock Transfer System. Without the permission of the National Stock Transfer System Company, no institution or individual shall release, use and disseminate the transfer information. Institutions and individuals that use the transfer information with the permission of the National Stock Transfer System Corporation shall not provide the transfer information to other institutions and individuals for use or dissemination without consent.

1. Article 3 of the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services

Internet information services are divided into operational and non-operational categories. "Non-commercial Internet information services" refers to the service activities of providing free open and shared information to Internet users through the Internet.

2. Article 7 of the Measures for the Recordation Administration of Non-profit Internet Information Services

Those intending to engage in non-operational Internet information services shall truthfully complete the non-operationial Internet information service registration register (hereinafter referred to as "the registration register"), through the Ministry of Information Industry's filing management system, and fulfill the filing procedure.
