# Policy and Regulation Basis
1. Article 6 of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Pharmaceutical Production
Where a drug production enterprise separates some production workshops to form an independent drug production enterprise, it shall handle the Drug Production License in accordance with the provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of these Measures.
2. Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of Internet Drug Information Services
A website that intends to provide Internet drug information services shall, before applying to the competent information industry department of the State Council or the provincial telecommunications administrative authority for a business license or going through the recordation procedures, In accordance with the principle of territorial supervision and management, to the website sponsor of the province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government food and drug supervision and administration departments to apply, after examination and approval to obtain the qualification to provide Internet drug information services.
Article 6
The food and drug administration departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall examine the Internet websites that apply for providing Internet drug information services within their respective jurisdictions, and issue the Internet Drug Information Service Qualification Certificate to those that meet the conditions.
