# Weixin Mini Program Commission Settlement Rules for Commodities

Note: The current rules apply only to Weixin Mini Program commodities that have access to custom trading components

# I. Rules for setting merchant commissions

1. Concept explanation

• Promotion information: refers to the goods / services / shops displayed by merchants through the Weixin Mini Program alliance and related information containing text,Information in the form of a picture (such as a product title, a product picture, product details, offers, etc.) includes a description of the product or service contained in the information and the content of the pages to which the information is linked.
• Commission: refers to the corresponding revenue that a blogger earns based on promotional information, calculated and obtained according to the rules of the platform based on the commission ratio displayed on the relevant promotional information page.
• Commission ratio: refers to the commission ratio displayed on the relevant promotion information page, calculated by the platform on the basis of the proportion of promotional technical service fees and promotion period of the goods set by the merchant in the affiliate back office.

2. The maximum commission ratio supported by the system is 90%, and the minimum commission ratio must not be lower than the benchmark commission ratio ( click to see the benchmark ratio standard ).

3. Weixin Mini Program After the merchant completes the commission setting, modification and deletion through the interface, it will take effect at midnight on the next day.

# II. Rules for calculating commissions

1. Concept explanation

   1. Promotion information: refers to the merchants through the Weixin Mini Program alliance display of goods / services / shops and related text,Information in the form of a picture (such as a product title, a product picture, product details, offers, etc.) includes a description of the product or service contained in the information and the content of the pages to which the information is linked.

   2. Commission base: refers to the actual transaction price of the merchant's goods or services when they are successfully purchased (the amount the user actually paid for the goods or service).

   3. Settlement commission ratio: refers to the proportion of commission that actually takes effect when a blogger successfully promotes.

2. Term of service

   1. Promotional Information Validity Period
   • Promotional messages are valid for 7 days (7 natural days after the promotional message is generated), and consumer access to expired promotional messages does not record or update the promoter's promotional relationship.
   2. Commission Tracking Duration
   • Commission tracking valid for 15 days, if the user in the access to effective promotion information within 15 natural days after the purchase of the Weixin Mini Program commission goods, all accounting commission.

3. Commission calculation rules

   1. Promotional information published outside the public domain based on the promotional service provided by a promoter for a merchant. When the user clicks on the link to the goods or services in the promotional information and directly places an order for purchase or fulfills other conditions stipulated in the platform rules to complete the purchase. The amount of goods paid by the user when placing an order will enter the account of the merchant after deducting the amount corresponding to the commission ratio set by the merchant. The amount corresponding to the commission ratio set by the merchant is the amount of commission that the blogger is entitled to. Tencent has the right to directly deduct 10% from the amount of commission payable to Twitter as a technology service fee payable to Tencent according to the predetermined proportion of the technology service fee (the proportion is 10%). The commission is calculated as follows:

   • The commission spent by a merchant on a product = the commission base for the product * the proportion of the settlement commission for the item.

   • The commission paid by a merchant on an order is = the sum of the commission paid by all the items in that order.

   • The commission revenue that a blogger earns from an order = the commission expense of the merchant on that order - the platform's technical service fee.

   2. Priority calculation of commissions under various promotional modalities

   If a consumer has accessed the promotional information of more than one Twitterer before making a purchase, the commission for that transaction will be settled to a higher-priority Twitterer. The priority rules are as follows:

   • First priority: Promotion of directly traded goods (promotion of goods that are consistent with those purchased by consumers)

   • Second priority: Promotion of indirectly traded goods (promotion of goods that are not consistent with goods purchased by consumers)

   If the same is direct merchandise promotion / indirect merchandise promotion (same priority), priority is given to the tweeter who came to the buyer later (i.e. the last promotional message the user came to).

   For example, in the same Weixin Mini Program, user A visited the product b promoted by Twitter B but did not buy it,Merchandise c promoted by merchant C visited Merchandise C within 15 days and purchased Merchandise b, c and d, at which point the Merchandise commission for b was settled to B (direct sale), the Merchandises commission for c was settled on C (direct sale) and the Merchandisers commission for d was settled onto C (indirect sale).

   3. Unusual Orders

   If the merchant does not return the order information through the specified interface as required by the Weixin Mini Program Alliance, such orders will be judged as abnormal orders by the Alliance.The commission for unusual orders will be calculated at 5% of the total order and a settlement charge will be initiated if the order is not refunded within 30 days.

# III. Rules for commission settlement withholding charges (for merchants)

1. Commission settlement charge date, that is, the Weixin Mini Program alliance to merchants to initiate settlement charge time, specific as

• The commission will be settled on the 15th day after the user's payment is successful. If the order is not completed (e.g. in the after-sales, pending shipment, pending receipt, etc.), it will be extended to the 30th day. If the refund of the order does not occur, the league will initiate a charge.
• In the event of a material event or uncontrollable factor affecting the date of settlement, further notice will be given in advance.

2. The commission paid by the merchant is calculated in RMB and is rounded off to two decimal places.

# IV. Rules for commission settlement payments (for Twitter users)

1. Commission settlement hit date, that is, the Weixin Mini Program union to push the customer to initiate settlement remittance time, specifically

• Enterprise Twitter: Every half month, Tencent reviews and settles the orders that have been settled, and after the review is approved, a settlement statement for the current cycle is generated. Twitter users need to stamp and mail the settlement and the corresponding value-added tax invoice to initiate the withdrawal application. Tencent will transfer the satisfied amount to a reserved public account within 30 business days of receiving the correct invoice and settlement.Specific process please refer to commission remittance instructions .
• Personal Twitter: Every half month, Tencent will initiate a review and settlement of settled orders, and the commission after the review is approved will be sent directly to the linked settlement account. If the settlement is initiated on the 1st of each month, the remittance is expected to be completed around the 20th; If the monthly settlement launched on the 15th, it is estimated that the remittance will be completed around the 5th of next month. Some small and medium-sized banks (such as Postal Savings Bank) may be slightly delayed.Specific process please refer to commission remittance instructions .
• In the event of a material event or uncontrollable factor affecting the date of settlement, further notice will be given in advance.

2. Weixin Mini Program The commission of Union Remittance shall be calculated in RMB and shall be rounded off to two decimal places.
