Depending on the jurisdiction of the respective Tenpay Global service provider, the available payment methods that Merchant can choose to enable are as follows:

# I. Singapore - Bank Cards

By integrating the bank card payment functionality provided by Tenpay Global, consumers can complete payments to Merchant by entering their card details and undergoing security verification during purchases on MerchantMini Program

• Card Types Supported: Debit cards, Credit cards
• Payment Currencies: International currencies (SGD, USD, AUD, CAD, CNY, CHF, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, KRW, etc.) and local currencies are accepted
• Single Payment Limit: [0.60 SGD, 15,000.00 SGD]
• Order Validity Period: Can be specified within [0 min, 60 min]
• Automatic Order Cancellation: Available
• Refund Options: Full or partial refunds are possible
• Single Refund Limit: [0.01 SGD, 15,000.00 SGD]
• Refund Deadline: There is no time limit for initiating refunds, but success rates may decrease after 180 days from the payment date depending on processing times
• Settlement Currency: SGD
• Dispute Resolution: Involves

# II. Singapore - PayNow

PayNow is an instant payment system launched by the Singapore Banks Association that enables real-time transfers between all major banks in Singapore. With Tenpay Global, consumers can use their preferred bank app to scan the PayNow QR code generated for each order and complete payments to Merchant during purchases on MerchantMini Program

• Refund Deadline: 90 days after the payment
• Settlement Currency: SGD
• Dispute Resolution: Not applicable

Tenpay Global currently supports bank card payments and PayNow in Singapore. More payment methods and countries will be added soon. Developers are encouraged to stay informed.

# III. Macau - BOC Macau Mobile Banking

“BOC Macau Mobile Banking” is one of the online financial services offered by the Bank of China Macau branch. Customers can enable this service remotely via their mobile phones and mobile internet, allowing them to access various financial management and investment services anytime, anywhere. With Tenpay Global, consumers can easily navigate to the “BOC Macau Mobile Banking” app to complete payments during transactions on MerchantMini Program, thus finalizing the payment to Merchant

• Single Payment Limit: [0.01 MOP, 50,000.00 MOP]
• Order Validity Period: It is recommended to specify a period within [0 s, 999 s], with a maximum of 20 minutes. If the input value exceeds 999 seconds, it will still be processed as 999 seconds.
• Proactive Order Cancellation: Not supported
• Refund Method: Full or partial refunds are available via the original payment method
• Single Refund Limit: [0.01 MOP, 50,000.00 MOP]
• Refund Validity Period: Within 365 days after payment completion
• Settlement Currency: MOP
• Dispute Resolution: Not applicable
