- A merchant shall provide a true and complete description of the goods it sells on the product description page, shop page, etc., including, but not limited to, the basic attributes, quality, defects and other information that affect consumers' shopping decisions. The information on the commodities entrusted for promotion shall be consistent with the description of the commodities by the merchant when the transaction is concluded.
- Businesses should be in accordance with the provisions of the Mini Program alliance, their commitment to timely delivery.
- The merchant shall deliver the goods according to the address that the consumer fills in the order. However, if the parties agree otherwise, such agreement shall prevail.
- Merchants shall, in accordance with the provisions of national laws, provisions of the Mini Program alliance, its own commitments, etc., to provide users with the corresponding return, exchange and maintenance of goods and other services.
- If there is no reason to return goods within seven days, the merchant should actively deal with the return application of consumers and provide corresponding services.
- For freight disputes in product transactions, the principle of "who is at fault, who bears" shall be adopted.
- The quality of the product shall meet the national standards, such as the product needs to have the performance it should have, comply with the standards for use indicated on the product or its package, and there is no unreasonable danger of endangering personal or property safety, etc. If Tencent determines that the quality problems of the commodities sold by the merchants are true, the merchants shall bear the responsibilities prescribed by the corresponding laws or platform rules.
