# Privacy Protection Guidelines for Small Program Users

These Guidelines are formulated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on the protection of personal information, including but not limited to the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, etc., and shall be filled in by the developers according to the actual situation.

The Mini Program User Privacy Protection Guidelines include the following sections, of which the specific instructions are only examples.

# Guide language

  These Guidelines are formulated by the Mini Program developer "Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Company Limited" (the "Developer") for the purpose of processing your personal information.

# Information processed by the developer

  According to the law, the developer only handles the information necessary to implement the function of the Mini Program.
  - Developers collect information about your selected photo or video, and use it to upload screenshots that users need to submit for code review.

Developers need to declare the user information processed in this section, WeChat will display the required items according to the privacy interface call of the mini program version, and developers can check other items independently. The relationship between the privacy interface and the corresponding processing information is as follows:

# Third Party Plugin Information

  To implement certain functions, developers may access plug-ins provided by third parties. For the personal information processing rules of the third party plug-ins, please refer to the official instructions published by them.   - The developer collects the photo or video information you selected and uses it to send a picture or video-type chat in a customer service session.
  - In order to send voice-type chats, the developer will access your microphone with your express consent.

For Mini programs that refer to plug-ins, they will be displayed in the User Privacy Protection Guide, including the plug-in name, the plug-in provider name, and the information and purpose processed by the developer.

# Third-Party Service Providers Information

  The Mini Program Assistant Mini Program has been developed by Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Company Limited. The developer warrants that Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Company Limited will handle your information within the scope of these Guidelines.

For Mini programs developed by development service providers, they will be displayed in the user privacy protection guidelines.

# User interests

  1. To collect your location information, you can go to the following path: The top right corner of the Mini Program home page“”"Settings"Click on Specific InformationClick "Not allowed" to revoke the developer's license.
  2. For collecting your mobile phone number and collecting your invoice information, you can follow the following path:... The developer promises to delete the information when he receives the notification.
  3. Regarding your personal information, you can contact the developer in the following ways to exercise statutory rights such as access, copying, correction, and deletion.

WeChat will generate Article 1 and Article 2 descriptions based on the invocation of the Mini Program version privacy interface, and the developer needs to fill in the contact information for users to contact the developer for the exercise of legal rights such as inspection, copying, correction, and deletion.

If the developer provides access for other users to exercise legal rights such as inspection, copying, correction, and deletion in the Mini Program, it can be explained through supplementary documentation.

# Developer's Storage of Information

The developer is required to declare the storage period of the information, such as

# Use of Information

  1. Developers will use the information collected for the purposes specified in these guidelines.
  2. If a developer uses your information beyond the purpose or reasonable scope of these guidelines, the developer must inform and obtain your express consent in a pop-up window again before changing the purpose or scope of use.

# External Information Provision

  1. The developer undertakes that it will not actively share or transfer your information to any third party, and if there is a need to share or transfer, the developer should directly obtain or confirm that the third party has your separate consent.
  2. The developer undertakes that it will not disclose your information publicly, and if it is necessary to disclose it publicly, the developer shall inform you of the purpose of the public disclosure, the type of information disclosed and the information that may be involved, and obtain your individual consent.
