Content Security
To ensure the content security of the WeChat ecosystem, during the Mini Program submission review, reviewers will check whether any illegal content will be displayed in the Mini Program. If such content is found, it may result in the rejection of the Mini Program submission. Additionally, if illegal content is displayed during the Mini Program ’s online operation and leads to user reports, penalties will be imposed on the Mini Program. To minimize these issues, WeChat Cloud Development offers a content security feature that allows for setting rules to monitor the information stored in the cloud database. This feature automatically audits content and handles any violations accordingly.
Enable Content Security
Go to the Cloud Development Console, click “More” - “Content Security”, and you can enable it there.
- Note: The current Content Security feature is available for free. Charges may be applied in the future, and comprehensive notifications will be provided if this happens.
Creating Rules
Click the “Add” button, select the name of the content security rule set from the dropdown list, configure the key-value pair for the field, and enter the replacement text that will be applied when a violation is detected. If this field triggers a violation upon review, the content will be automatically replaced with the specified text.
- Note: The default replacement text is “This content has violated regulations and is not displayed.”
Review Details
Review details can be viewed by filtering the collection names, field names, and review times of configured rules. For collection fields with rules, any insertion or update operation will trigger automatic content review. Fields that violate the rules will be rewritten to the preset replacement value, and a review record will be generated.
- Total Reviews: The total number of content reviews.
- Rewrites: The number of reviews where violations were detected and fields were rewritten.
If the rewrite result does not meet expectations, you can click the "Roll Back" button in the action column to restore the field value to its original state.
